Angelica Sinensis, Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati, Rehmannia root, Codonopsis and Licorice Root.

Use 3 big bowls of water (3000cc), 3 large cloves of garlic (without peeling off the skin or smashed) and 1 packet of this product, and boil with big gasoline flame until the water is boiling and the smell comes out. Then, add in 1 skinless chicken. Wait until the water is boiled, then change to small flame then add a bit of salt and let it simmers for 1 hour.

Vegetarian Cooking: Use 3 big bowls of water and 1 packet of this product and boil until the water is boiling, then add in the vegetables and wait until it is boiled, add salt to taste. The noodles etc can be added to the remaining soup for consumption.
